The Purple PIG


Grabbed a bite and a sip of wine after work tonight at The Purple Pig. The pork neck bone gravy with Calabro ricotta was savorily gratifying, followed by the Chef's special for the night; a pork-fat seared turkey leg with fruit marinated grilled onions and chives. Their menu hosted a tantalizing array of exciting dishes that I'd love to explore in future visits.
